Mindfulness-based Wise Awareness

We draw on ancient teachings, research into wisdom and Carolyn's science background in this new course. These, together with mindfulness, lead to a wise awareness that illuminates our experience. The course broadens our perspective by looking at how our our views affect our lives. We learn how deliberate self-reflection leads to emotional intelligence. How seeing the bigger picture helps when making decisions that affect others as well as ourselves. How we can better manage change and uncertainty.

A concessionary rate of £125 is available to anyone with genuine need. We will not question your circumstances.
