Students! Mindfulness for Wellbeing
TWO SESSIONS OPEN TO STUDENTS AND YOUNG PEOPLE
An introduction to secular mindfulness
No prior experience necessary
For students and young people
The sessions are led by experienced mindfulness and compassion teacher Annie Akasati McAuley. These interactive sessions will include short guided practices, some theory on how mindfulness can help to alleviate anxiety, stress and low mood and opportunities for discussion and questions.
Come to either or both sessions:
Weds January 22 / Mon January 27 7.30-9.00pm
It's helpful for us when people book in advance,
but please feel free just to turn up on the evening/s.
