Reconnect Sessions

Are you missing the support of being on a course? Would you welcome a chance to reconnect with mindfulness practice and in the process with yourself, as well as with like-minded others? These are themed small-group sessions including guided practices, enquiry, sharing and relevant theory.

Stepping out of hurry, flurry and worry March theme (Lewes); April-May theme (Brighton)

We live in a culture that encourages us to rush from one thing to the next - and even to feel that we are being selfish if we want to take some quiet time for ourselves. Enjoy 2 hours to practice in a supportive group, hear about new theory and research - and carry on with life feeling refreshed! ​

Energise! The healing power of meditation Theme for April / May (Lewes) 

There is now a huge body of exciting research showing the healing effects - both mentally and physically - of focused meditation, including cultivating kindness and compassion. There is even a growing body of evidence showing some of the most effective approaches to practice.
