In response to requests from schools for shorter courses, we are now offering Love Mindfulness 6-week courses for:


  • Grounding in Mindfulness for staff: 6 x 1 hour sessions
  • Secondary classes: 6 x 1 hour (or length of lesson) sessions
  • Primary classes: 6 x 45 minutes for Key Stage Two and 6 x 30 minutes for Key Stage One
