The audio recordings for the main suggested home practices can be found in the following section 'Recordings from the course'. These are practices specifically adapted for people experiencing long Covid and chronic fatigue.
See below for guided meditations that follow the course laid out in the 'Frantic World' book.
For people with previous meditation experience or anyone who wishes to try longer practices, you may also wish to try the equivalent guided meditations from the MBCT/MBSR courses (20-30 minutes).
Both of these sets of practices include a greater emphasis on breathing than the adapted meditations in the above 'album'.
