Long Covid Recovery Audio
The audio recordings for the main suggested home practices can be found in the following section 'Recordings from the course'. These are practices specifically adapted for people experiencing long Covid and chronic fatigue.
For people with previous meditation experience or anyone who wishes to try longer practices, you may wish to try the equivalent guided meditations from the MBCT/MBSR courses (20-30 minutes). Please note that these include a greater emphasis on breathing than the recordings from the Long Covid course above.
