About This Event

In these troublesome times it can help to learn ways to calm the anxious mind, to see through difficulties more clearly, and to relate to those around us with kindness and in friendship.

The session will introduce you to mindfulness in practice and theory. The session lasts about one hour and a quarter and there will be time for questions and individual queries afterward. You will be guided in a simple mindfulness practice that you may continue to use if you wish and those who are interested can find out more about our online mindfulness courses.
