Free Online Connect Sessions

A practical guide to using mindfulness in difficult times - suitable for those who are new to mindfulness and also those with prior experience.

In these troublesome times it can help to learn ways to calm the anxious mind, to see through difficulties more clearly, and to relate to those around us - and ourselves - with kindness and in friendship.

The session lasts about one hour (please log in to the online meeting in good time before the start time). You will be guided in simple mindfulness practices that you may continue to use if you wish. Those who are interested can find out more about our online mindfulness courses.
