Free Taster Sessions

These sessions will introduce you to mindfulness in practice and theory. Sessions last about one hour, with time for questions and individual queries afterward. You will be guided in a simple mindfulness practice that you may continue to use if you wish and those who are interested can find out more about the 8-week courses. ​
